Leveraging my extensive brand knowledge to build OpenPayd from a tech start-up to an established leader within the payments industry. Through creative thinking, visual language and market understanding.

02 — Creative process

Employing innovative thinking and acute market awareness, I identified strategic design pathways for expanding our product portfolio and penetrating new markets. By cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders and executing creative branding initiatives, I effectively positioned OpenPayd as a trusted authority in the ever-evolving payments landscape. Embracing a commitment to perpetual refinement and anticipation of industry trends, we remained adaptable to evolving customer demands and regulatory mandates, ensuring sustained growth and prominence.

Working closely with developers, I led the development of a tailor-made website, utilising insights from user behaviour analytics to enhance visitor navigation and boost lead generation effectively.

Opportunities like events provided the perfect platform to highlight the brand visual language, from conceptualising and constructing stands to daily social media updates. It was about combining impactful design with passionate team members to truly exhibit the outstanding products available.

Developing brand guidelines involves creating a comprehensive set of rules and standards that define how a brand should be presented across all channels consistently.

Overseeing the creation of videos for the business, ensuring they effectively convey the brand's message, products and services to the intended audience.

These included promotional videos, product demonstrations, customer interviews, instructional videos, and more.

The scope of my role extended beyond the ordinary. From crafting employee branding to unique events like the Rolex race with customised boat livery, and orchestrating internal and external brand experiences—every aspect was meticulously curated to shape the OpenPayd brand ecosystem creatively.

After the launch of the new website, we saw an impressive 300% increase in lead conversion within just one month.
